Ralen Cox has dedicated more than 20 years to the game of golf and has been part of the team at Riverwalk Golf Club for over six years. Raised in Palm Springs, California, he developed a passion for golf at an early age while playing his local executive course. He later earned an Associate's Degree in Golf Course Management from the Professional Golfers Career College in Temecula, California, which led to his role as a Golf Professional at PGA West.

Ralen's teaching philosophy centers on making the golf swing simple, relatable, and repeatable. He tailors each lesson to the individual, helping students better connect their minds and bodies to build confidence and consistency. His goal is for every golfer to experience what he calls "shot euphoria"—the unmistakable feeling of striking the ball perfectly on the sweet spot.

When he's not teaching or playing golf, Ralen enjoys hiking, camping, practicing martial arts, playing basketball, and spending time with family and friends.
